Hi there,
We’re so excited to see your interest in joining us as a seller in our upcoming sale! Thank you for considering being a part of it! Volunteers like you help secure the continued success of our sales.
Please take a moment to read the following:
- Upon registration you will be asked to enter your contact information. It is very important that your phone number & email are correct.
- The week before the sale our Sale Coordinator will confirm your volunteer shift and drop off time. A response is required. If she is unable to contact you or you fail to respond to any communications, she may conclude that you are no longer interested in being a seller and you risk being removed from the sale.
- Ensure you have adequate child care on the day of the sale. Lack of childcare is NOT a valid reason for failing to complete your volunteer shift.
- During the sale registration process you will need to select a 'check in time' on Friday May 2 to drop off your items AND select your volunteer-shift. The more you volunteer, the higher your commission.
- Volunteer-shifts are on a first come basis. Once all the spots are filled for a particular shift, you will be placed on a waitlist.

Acts as security on sale day. Volunteer shift liaision & provides assistance on the sale floor as required. |
