SELLERS INFORMATION


WELCOME - PLEASE READ BELOW BEFORE REGISTERING

Hi there, 

We’re so excited to see your interest in joining us as a seller in our upcoming sale! Thank you for considering being a part of it! Volunteers like you help secure the continued success of our sales. 


Please take a moment to read the following:

  • Upon registration you will be asked to enter your contact information. It is very important that your phone number & email are correct. 
  • The week before the sale our Sale Coordinator will confirm your volunteer shift and drop off time. A response is required. If she is unable to contact you or you fail to respond to any communications, she may conclude that you are no longer interested in being a seller and you risk being removed from the sale. 
  • Ensure you have adequate child care on the day of the sale. Lack of childcare is NOT a valid reason for failing to complete your volunteer shift.
  • During the sale registration process you will need to select a 'check in time' on Friday May 2 to drop off your items AND select your volunteer-shift. The more you volunteer, the higher your commission. 
  • Volunteer-shifts are on a first come basis. Once all the spots are filled for a particular shift, you will be placed on a waitlist.

 Sale Coordinator: Joleen Kelnar

 Background: Mama to 7 year old twins,   Leah & Adam

 Day job: Commercial Transportation 

 Lives: Langdon

Duties:  Manages MyConsignment Manager database, organizes volunteer shifts & breaks, coordinates logisitcs on site with the venue and team members. Ensures the point of sale registers are operational and purchases can be processed accurately.

 Background: Mama to 5 year old triplets -   Ben, James & Hannah

 Day job: Commercial Insurance Broker

 Lives: McKenzie Towne SE

Duties: Organizes external sale advertising on multiple platforms, including social media, TV, Radio and Print. Acts as security on sale day. Volunteer shift liaision & provides assistance on the sale floor as required.  

 Chief of Staff: Sarah Brancaccio 

 Background: Mama to 3 year old twins,   Liam & Quinn

 Day job: IT Client Director 

 Lives: Kensington NW

 Duties: Sale floor assistant, including sale set up/take down, volunteer break relief, acts as security,  & venue logistics. 

Logistics: Dalia Cheshire

Background: Mama to 7 year old Aliya

Day job: Restuarant Owner/ part-time DJ

Lives: Rockyford, AB

Duties: Coordinates seller check-in/item drop off at the loading dock, collaborates with Joleen regarding transporation of equipment from TTMAC office to the venue.
