TTMAC Expectant Parents Q&A Session
Presented in partnership with Alberta Health Services (AHS), this two-hour session connects expectant parents with experienced parents of multiples who share their firsthand experiences, advice, and practical tips.
Topics include pregnancy, essential baby gear and preparing your home, birth and delivery, bringing your babies home, feeding, sleep, partner and support systems, and postpartum care. There will be time to ask questions and learn what to expect as you prepare for life with twins, triplets or more.
The next session is November 26, 2026. Registration is through Alberta Health Services Perinatal Education at www.birthandbabies.com.
Everyone who takes a Childbirth Essentials/Twins & Triplets Essentials class gets the above TTMAC class for free. If you just want to attend our Expectant Parents Q&A Session there is a $25.00 fee charged through AHS.
