Get set for a family fun filled weekend of camping at Aspen Crossing Campground (Mossleigh, AB)

Only 1 hour South of the city sits a group camping site just waiting for families of multiples to explore & enjoy...DO NOT MISS OUT on this opportunity to rest, relax and mingle with your fellow TTMAC Camping Fanatics!!!

All About Aspen Crossing: Each site in this 11 site GROUP camping spot is equipped with water and power (for us Glampers out there) as well as a picnic table and small campfire pit.  Your campsite is well treed and provides some privacy from your camping neighbours.  However, we will also have access to a large group shelter and fire pit for those that wish to gather together to visit and for planned activities.

Aspen Crossing has a small playground, showers (pay) and washrooms (located close to our group site) and a general store.  Just a hop-skip & jump from the main campsite is a gift shop and restaurant, walking path to trains and a small pond (not for swimming).  There is an onsite dump station and Wi-Fi is also available.

Cost?  $95.00/per family/ONE unit (trailer or tent) If you are wanting to pitch a tent IN ADDITION to a trailer or one tent there will be an added cost.  Please email Ginger for more details at president@ttmac.org

What is Included? Campsite for Friday and Saturday night, Group Shelter and Fire Pit, Hot Dogs & Hamburgers for Potluck, Popcorn for Kids Movie Night & Planned Activities

Check-In Time: 4:00 pm Friday (earlier may be available, will update)

Check-Out: 2:00 pm Sunday

PLEASE NOTE: Due to deposits and prepayment requirements, no refunds can be provided.  HOWEVER, should there be a waiting list, your spot can be given to someone else through TTMAC Only.  Please email Ginger at president@ttmac.org if the need arises.

ONLY 11 SPOTS AVAILABLE (Min. 7 required to proceed) & Registration Closes June 25th so do not wait...Register TODAY!!

Please Note:  If all 11 spots are not booked by TTMAC, the remaining spots will be opened to the public but we will still have exclusive use of the Group Shelter and Fire Pit. Any additional sites available will be opened to friends and families of TTMAC on June 26th after the TTMAC Member deadline.

*All snacks, beverages and meals, with the exception of the Saturday Night Potluck (should you chose to participate) are the responsibility of each registered family*

Schedule of FUN Events 

Friday Evening

Everyone arrives and sets up

8pm- Group introductions and game

9pm- Group Campfire (please bring wood to share in the costs of operating)

Saturday

10am- Family Scavenger Hunt- PRIZES!!

11am- Kids Craft Time

1pm- Water Play (weather permitting)

5pm- TTMAC Family Potluck Supper (bring a side or dessert to share, Hot Dogs & Hamburgers will be provided)

6pm- Group Picture (image will be emailed to all families following the weekend)

7pm- Kids Movie Night in the Shelter (popcorn provided please bring drinks and any other snacks your children may want)

10pm- Adult Game Night...TTMAC "Family" Feud Game Show- PRIZES!! (Game TBD) and campfire (please bring wood to share in the costs of operating)

Sunday

Clean up and home (check out is 2pm)

Items you may want to bring:

Monitor (for sleeping kiddos when at Group Shelter)

Camera (not only for memories but you may need one for the scavenger hunt...hint-hint!)

Wood (for personal use and contribution to group fires)

Chair for each family member (especially kiddos for movie night)

Children's Bathing Suits (for water play)
